Episodic and limited in scale, each project will progressively Morphologies connect the city to its port in an organic and distinctive manner.The first stage is planned around an expansion of the fish market with other activities integrated throughout this small precinct. A second stage is proposed on the northern banks of the site that allows for the expansion of the existing residential neighbourhood.
