b'Beacon Yards Vision:To create a landmark Amazon HQ2 on the Allston bend of the Charles River, catalysed by the activation of West Station as a transit-orientated high density development Amazon HQ2 consultant team scheme; the creation of an integrated pedestrianised park system revitalising the waterfront;and establishing wider connectivity to the educational, economic and innovative hubs within greater Boston.Objective: The primary objective is to underground the I-90 through the site. By doing so, this will engender on-ground connections to the Charles River, as well as facilitating an entirely Jagjeet Shergill new street network that intertwines with Harvard to the north, and Boston University to the Ren Yuxi south. Establishing a patch & corridor network of public green open space within the site Xu Chang will amalgamate these spaces into the wider matrix of the Charles River, enabling the urban Zheng Lingling fabric to harness the proven values of green and blue infrastructure.
