Zhong JiaxinBy concentrating on density, the design reduces the use of public Zuo Xinyevehicles and maximizes pedestrian access.This design contains high-tech business activities in the northern part, with commercial zoning and a high school and golf course in the south. These are interwoven with sports fields and open space.
