A continuous landscaped corridor along the canal is included with connections throughout the precinct. Green and blue infrastructure is also reorganised to collect and filter stormwater before it is drained to the canal.The Cultural Crossing will be an important stage in the continuing evolution of the Grand Canal. World class cultural facilities will be the centre of a vibrant community that is built upon a character that reflects the recent industrial history of the canal.
