Working within a Guo Qikai design framework that accepts the reality of all currently approved Kong Xiaocheng developments, planning proposals and heritage restrictions, the design Zhou Junjieexplores the potential for infill developmentto revitalize and populateZuo Xinyethe North Sydney core.This proposal delivers a north-south pedestrian-friendly link integrated into the existing road network.
