b'Beijing | Eco ForestThe project is located on the west bank of the Grand Canal, at the southeast corner of Xiji Town. There are three villages in the site with a Canal Villages market and primary school in the middle of them. Most of the agricultural land has become single species forest. These villages have declined, Li Manyu resulting in a corresponding reduction in services and an outflow of Liang Jiarui labour. Meanwhile, the villages have little connection to the canal, Yan Lu despite its close proximity.Zhong JiaxinThis vision is to enrich the ecological diversity along the Grand Canal and renew the former industrial land between Xiaojialin, Xinji and Yangjiawa village in the south east of Xiji Town.
